Key Responsibilities Area:- Daily tracker data upload and closed the complaints to given ETR. Take weekly follow up to NER (Replacement) Team for Cases of replacement product. Escalations Mails of Flipkart & Amazon Managed to all customer delivered data. Maintain the monthly closing data. Manage the Inventory Data of Appliances. Give general troubleshoot for issues of Home Appliances. Complaints raised on portal (CRM, Jeeves & SRMS) Number of slots sent to flipkart & Amazon on daily basis.
