Tender manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for identifying and securing international tender opportunities that align with the company's business objectives and growth plans
• Evaluate and improve tender processes, workflows, and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Review and analyze tender documents to ensure a comprehensive understanding of requirements. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Lead the drafting, editing, and assembly of bid documents, ensuring all submissions are well-organized, compelling, and compliant with tender specifications.
• Ensure that all tender submissions comply with Tender documents, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 
• Analyze bid results and post-tender feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine future tender submissions.
• Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
• Must own a vehicle to travel to work
• Mastery of English (Written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge

Key Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.

Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience.

Required Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science)
• B.Tech/B.E. (Bachelor of Technology/Engineering) in Electrical Engineering
• M.Tech/M.E. (Master of Technology/Engineering) in Engineering or Biotechnology
