Job Description: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Faridabad, Sector 28

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Qualification: Graduate

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic sales understanding, and a positive attitude toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain records of calls and sales activities.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Basic sales knowledge and persuasive ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred).
