Role Overview

We are hiring Telecallers for our Inside Sales team. This role requires a confident communicator with a passion for selling and the ability to convert leads through consistent outreach and follow-up. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by presenting our services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services
• Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions
• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM entries
• Follow up with interested leads consistently
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets
• Coordinate with the sales and account management team for closures

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or inside sales experience
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
• Ability to build rapport and persuade over the phone
• Self-driven and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working from the Moti Nagar office in West Delhi
