Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients to generate leads or follow up on inquiries.
• Communicate professionally and fluently in English.
• Provide detailed information about products/services offered.
• Maintain a database of calls and leads in CRM or Excel.
• Handle customer queries with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and appointments.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, internet browsing).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Experience in telesales, customer service, or front-desk calling is an added advantage.
