**Eligibility Criteria:**

* **Education:**

 * B.Tech / Diploma in any Engineering stream (except Computer Science and Electronics)

 * ITI Pass (All relevant trades)

* **Gender:** Open to Male & Female candidates

* **Age Limit:** 18 to 28 years

**Job Role:**

* Involvement in **Clutch Assembly** and **related operations** in the automobile manufacturing process.

* **Production Department Roles:**

 * **Machine Operator** – for ITI and B.Tech candidates

 * **Line Leader** – for B.Tech and Diploma candidates

**Salary Structure:**

* **B.Tech :**

 * ₹20,000 per month (8-hour shift)

 * * ₹4,500 DBT (performance/attendance-based)

* **ITI/ Diploma:**

 * ₹17,000 per month (8-hour shift)

 * * ₹1,500 DBT (performance/attendance-based)
