Technical executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team by providing Product technical specifications, Catalos, User Manuals and detailed quotations, including pricing, and terms for various medical devices.
• Prepare and update product catalogues, ensuring that all product information is accurate and reflects the latest specifications and features.
• Respond to technical inquiries from the sales team and customers, providing clear and accurate information.
• Create Detailed product Unpacking/Assembly/Maintenance/User Manuals of Various Medical Devices
• Develop and maintain comprehensive records of technical documentation, compliance reports, and sales support activities.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of medical devices and their technical specifications 
• Work closely with the sales and tenders team to ensure alignment between technical specifications and sales requirements.
• Provide training and support to sales representatives on technical aspects of products and compliance issues.
• Coordinate with the client to address and resolve after-sales issues, including returns, replacements and repairs 

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
• Must own a vehicle to travel to work location
• Should be open for domestic and international travel
• Mastery of English (Written and verbal)

Key Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.

Required Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science)
• B.Tech/B.E. (Bachelor of Technology/Engineering) in Electrical Engineering
• M.Tech/M.E. (Master of Technology/Engineering) in Engineering or Biotechnology
• Specialization in Biomedical Engineering
• Diploma in Medical Sciences
