- We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably with FMCG experience, to manage end-to-end hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and enhancing employer branding across departments. - Drive full recruitment lifecycle: attract talent through multiple channels, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring teams, and manage onboarding and documentation efficiently. - Collaborate with HR leaders on workforce planning, participate in campus drives, and support branding initiatives to establish the company as an employer of choice.
