Strategic Leadership • Define and execute long-term business strategy aligned with organizational goals • Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and strategic partnerships • Lead expansion initiatives and organizational transformation programs Business Development ● Own end-to-end business development including lead generation, bidding, and closures ● Build and manage relationships with key clients, government bodies, and stakeholders ● Identify, pursue, and secure high-value EPC/infrastructure projects

Project & P&L Management ● Oversee execution of projects Large-scale & high-value infrastructure deal with full accountability ● Ensure timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance ● Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Operations & Execution ● Ensure seamless coordination between design, procurement, and execution teams ● Optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization ● Implement best practices in project management and delivery Team Leadership ● Lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams ● Drive a performance-oriented and collaborative culture ● Manage cross-functional teams across multiple projects
