Job Overview We are hiring Picker & Packers to manage order picking and packing at our Blinkit warehouse. The role involves handling groceries and daily essentials with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

● Pick items from shelves as per customer orders.

● Check product quality and quantity.

● Pack and seal items safely for delivery.

● Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

● Coordinate with team members to ensure timely dispatch.

Requirements ● 10th / 12th pass (minimum qualification).

● Physically fit and able to lift up to 15-20 kg.

● Basic reading & writing skills.

● Willing to work in shifts (day/night).

● Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
