Sr. Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Searching for new International tender Opportunities
• Reviewing tender documents, preparation of all documents and ensuring timely submission.
• Drafting, editing, and assembling bid documents, ensuring alignment with tender documents
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and database related to submitted tenders and proposals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on tender outcomes and activities for internal review.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in tender management etc.
• Work closely with internal departments such as finance, legal, and project management to gather necessary information and address any issues or concerns related to the tender process.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
• Must own a vehicle to travel to work
• Mastery of English (Written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge

Key Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in tender management, preferably within the healthcare/ Medical equipment industry.

Required Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science)
• B.Tech/B.E. (Bachelor of Technology/Engineering) in Electrical Engineering
• M.Tech/M.E. (Master of Technology/Engineering) in Engineering or Biotechnology
