Who is an ideal candidate ?

Ideal candidate for the position is a senior production leader with 12–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or perfume glass bottle manufacturing. They hold a B.E./B.Tech with a science background and an MBA from a reputed institute. They have led end-to-end production, improved glass-to-glass yield and OEE, reduced losses, and driven TPM, GMP, Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives. Strong in SAP S/4 HANA, production planning, team management, and reporting, they ensure safety, quality, cost control, and continuous improvement.
