Sr. Flutter Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS using Flutter. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mobile development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase, and other backend services.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews, debug issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter/Dart updates and mobile development trends.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, guiding them in coding standards and best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver features on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2+ years in Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
• Experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is a plus.
• Proficiency in State Management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, MobX).
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
