Job Description
1 . Client Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Resolve client issues effectively and promptly.
2. Account Growth & Revenue Management
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets and growth within assigned accounts.
- Monitor profitability and ROI on client accounts.
3 . Strategic Planning
- Develop account strategies aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate on long-term business planning and forecasting.
- Participate in developing client-specific roadmaps and solutions.
4 . Project & Campaign Management
- Oversee the delivery of projects and campaigns from brief to execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, technical, support) to meet deadlines.
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards.
5 . Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for accounts.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for clients.
- Use data insights to optimize strategy and decision-making.
6 . Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior account executives or managers.
- Lead cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
7 . Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated with market trends, client industries, and competitive landscapes.
- Use insights to offer proactive solutions and maintain a consultative role
