Social Media Executive

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Executive who can independently manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. This role is execution-heavy — from creating content to engaging with the community.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, create, and post Reels, Carousel posts, and Stories across platforms

● Camera Friendly and knows basics of camera

● Manage all social media accounts including:

○ Instagram

○ LinkedIn

○ X (Twitter)

○ Reddit

○ Facebook

● Design creatives using Canva (must be very comfortable)

● Use AI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI, caption generators, etc.) to improve speed and creativity

● Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice

● Reply to comments, DMs, and community queries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner

● Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares)

● Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates

Requirements

● 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts

● Strong understanding of Reels and short-form content

● Canva-friendly (non-negotiable)

● Comfortable using AI tools for content creation

● Basic understanding of content analytics

● Good written communication skills

● Experience with Reddit posting and community etiquette is a plus
