Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist – SEO & SEM will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that focus on enhancing organic search rankings and boosting social media engagement. This role will require a deep understanding of SEO techniques and SEM to drive qualified traffic to our website, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience across various social platforms.

Job Responsibilities

● Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

● Maintain and enhance our presence on social media platforms by developing targeted strategies to engage with our audience.

● Develop and monitor campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources while maximizing ROI.

● Work closely with developers, designers, and managers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

● Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine marketing strategies.

Required Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

● Minimum of 4-5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on website management, preferably within the real estate sector or similar industries.

● Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and SEO best practices.

● Proven ability to devise innovative campaigns that effectively engage target audiences and drive conversions.

● Strong data-driven thinking with the ability to interpret metrics for informed decision-making.

Mandatory Requirements

* Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate

* Must own a vehicle to travel to work

* Mastery of English (Written and verbal)

* Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge

* Adobe Acrobat Skills

* Fast computer skills
