Sales rep

A Sales Associate in a supermarket is responsible for assisting customers, arranging products on shelves, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting smooth day-to-day store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in finding products
• Provide information about products, prices, and offers
• Arrange and restock items on shelves regularly
• Ensure shelves and displays are clean and organized
• Monitor product expiry dates and remove damaged items
• Support billing and checkout activities when needed
• Maintain stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages
• Help customers with product selection and carry bags if required
• Follow store policies, safety rules, and customer service standards
• Work with team members to achieve store sales targets

• Basic product handling and sales knowledge

Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
