šŸ”¶ Job Summary:

We are seeking a mo2vated and well-spoken Pre-Sales Coordinator

to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a

key role in increasing sales produc2vity by handling client inquiries,

scheduling mee2ngs, and suppor2ng the sales managers with 2mely

follow-ups and coordina2on. You’ll be the first point of contact for

poten2al clients, ensuring a smooth transi2on from inquiry to site

visit and ul2mately assis2ng in closing deals.

šŸ”¶ Key Responsibili4es:

• Handle incoming leads via phone, email, and online

plaVorms.

• Qualify leads and schedule client mee2ngs and site visits

with the Sales Manager.

• Coordinate between clients and Sales Team to ensure

2mely follow-ups and mee2ng confirma2ons.

• Maintain and update the CRM with lead status, feedback,

and ac2vity logs.

• Provide project informa2on, pricing, and availability to

poten2al buyers.

• Ensure pre-sales documenta2on is accurate and up-to-

date.

• Act as a support system for the Sales Managers to

enhance their efficiency and conversion rates.

• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marke2ng

preferred).

• Minimum 3 months of experience in Real Estate or a

customer-facing

sales support role.

• Excellent communica2on skills in English and Hindi (verbal

and wri_en).

• Strong interpersonal, coordina2on, and follow-up

abili2es.

• Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.

• Professional a`tude and a customer-first approach.
