Job Description

Meeting with architects, Developers, Builders, Contractors, Consultants, and Government Bodies. Give introduction & Presentation of the company and systems to above mentioned profiles or as deemed fit. Promoting the company and pitching the technology of the company. Business lead Generation and Lead conversion. Having the understanding of the market and competitor advantages. Creating projects and Closing orders in company’s favor. Identify and target new business opportunities. The manager will need to identify potential clients and projects where PWCS solutions can be implemented, conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis. Introduce new contracted customers to the business by means of signed service level agreements. Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, sales and profitability. Develop and nurture effective working relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone and email communication.. Identify opportunities to upsell to enhance sales revenue. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.  Work closely with the hierarchy in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
