Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with tracking shipments, providing real-time updates, and resolving any delivery-related issues.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience and provide clients with accurate delivery estimates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
Daily, Fortnightly and monthly reporting to Team Leader in the given format.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude towards customers. Language ā English & Hindi.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
Basic computer skills, excel and familiarity with CRM software.
Knowledge of logistics processes and terminology.
High quality writtern and verbal communication skills.
