Education: 12th + Graduate, Retail Skill Council Trained

CTC take home: 18,000 to 25000 + PF, ESIC, benefits

Industry: Mall, Retail sales for Brands - Preferably Luggage or Shoes

Our Client

Our client is a collaborator with multiple large brands in luggage manufacturing, like Rare Rabbit and Adidas, which are known for their classy and trendy products. Our client will facilitate the production and sales of this luggage from various premium malls in the cities and their retail outlets. If you are an extrovert, open to sales, and ready to be part of the glamour industry, you are IN.

Responsibilities:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, helping customers choose the perfect product while ensuring a memorable shopping experience. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable luggage or fashion items.
• Understanding features, specifications, and brand value propositions and schemes to support sales
• Achieving individual and store-level sales targets
• Maintaining high visual standards and merchandising across the kiosk or store. This will be defined by the company you need to maintain
• Handling customer queries, feedback, and basic billing processes
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and store discipline at all times
• Participating in daily briefings, stock checks, and training sessions. Learn Software tools used for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the retail industry. Ideal candidates will have:

Freshers are welcome; retail experience will be an added advantage.

A friendly and professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills, Need to wear Uniform

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada

Customer-centric mindset and a keen eye for product presentation

Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as part of the retail schedule with extra benefits.

Work from the store (in malls/high-footfall retail locations)

6 days a week (rotational weekly off, not necessary on weekends)
