📝 Job Description:

Jodidaar India is seeking a confident and dedicated female telesales executive to join our remote matchmaking team. You will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our matrimonial services, handling queries, and converting leads into registrations.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads from our verified database
Explain matrimonial services and offers (like ₹199 plan)
Convince users to register via WhatsApp or biodata form
Maintain follow-up and update lead sheets
Build trust and rapport with clients over calls

✅ Requirements:

Female candidates only
Good communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
Confident, polite, and persuasive tone
Smartphone or laptop with internet
Basic Excel or Google Sheet knowledge preferred
Experience in sales or telecalling is a plus, but not mandatory
