Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Quality to lead our QA/QC function, ensure compliance with international standards, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead QA/QC teams and manage effectively Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Monitor product quality from raw material to finished goods.

Conduct audits, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain for process improvements.

Drive a culture of quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Should be able to lead team and monitor data for Quality

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.

6+ years in mechanical/hardware manufacturing quality; 3–5 years in leadership.

Strong knowledge of mechanical processes, ISO standards, and quality tools.

Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong Knowledge of Fabrication , Manufacturing of sheet metal , Al extrusion , Welding and Welding Std , Kaizen , Poka Yoke , Casting , Rejection , Rejection Analysis

Strong Knowledge of ISO 9001,14001,45001-
