Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Promote and sell:
  • Medical Equipment (OT lights, patient monitors, surgical tables, etc.)
  • CSSD Services (planning, equipment, automation, validation)
  • Nurse Calling Systems (wired/wireless, IP-based systems)
  • Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) (design, supply, installation, and commissioning)
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Project Coordination & Execution:

  • Collaborate with design, project execution, and engineering teams for project delivery.
  • Participate in BOQ finalization, tender documentation, and bidding processes.
  • Coordinate site visits, installations, testing, and commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (NABH, HTM, etc.)

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the point of contact for key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide post-sales support and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Organize product demos, workshops, and training sessions for clients.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and project status updates to management.
  • Participate in healthcare trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Biomedical/Electronics/Mechanical) or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 4–10 years of relevant sales/project experience in healthcare infrastructure.
