Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
• Define project deliverables and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures are tracked and remain within approved limits.
• Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and successes.
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to address them proactively.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly, escalating major concerns to senior management when necessary.
• Continuously monitor project performance, addressing any inefficiencies or blockers.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Key Skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools.
• Budget management and financial tracking skills.

Required Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is highly preferred.
