Who is an ideal candidate ?

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in New Product Development and Category Management for cookware, serveware, and cookers. They hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management. They have independently handled products from market research and competitor gap analysis to product planning, pricing, margin improvement, and successful launch. The candidate works closely with sales, marketing, and operations to achieve category financial goals. Experience with brands like Prestige, Hawkins, Vinod, or Bergner is strongly preferred.
