Exp 4 - 5 years        Who is an ideal candidate ?

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in New Product Development and Category Management within gas stoves, chimneys, or hobs. They hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management. They have independently handled products from market study and gap analysis to development, pricing, and launch. The candidate works closely with sales, marketing, and operations to define product strategy, improve margins, and achieve category financial goals. Experience with brands like Faber, Glen, Prestige, Sunflame, or V-Guard is preferred.
