Product Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and user-focused Product Manager with strong expertise in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and roadmap development. You will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond—translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, scalable product experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features aligned with strategic goals.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap; ensure alignment across engineering, design, and business teams.
• Use Figma to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate product features and UX intentions.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to validate designs and ensure they meet user needs.
• Define product requirements, write user stories, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
• Collaborate with development teams during sprints to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on product features.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and data-driven evaluations to inform decision-making.
• Support go-to-market strategy, working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping (must be hands-on).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and user journey mapping.
• Experience with roadmap planning tools (e.g. Productboard, Aha!, Jira).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to balance technical constraints with user needs and business goals.
