Job Summary

A Picker and Packer is responsible for selecting products from warehouse shelves, packing them safely, and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products according to order lists or invoices
• Pack items securely to avoid damage during transportation
• Label packages correctly for shipping and delivery
• Verify product quantity and quality before packing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when required
• Update inventory records and report stock shortages
• Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets

Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent
