Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive English language curriculum for high school students.
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Develop lesson plans that align with educational standards and objectives.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Evaluate student performance through continuous assessment and feedback.

• Encourage a love for reading and literature through various teaching methods.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Teaching certification or qualifications in secondary education.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching English.
• Proficiency in curriculum design and instructional strategies.
• Strong understanding of assessment methods and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
