Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage and maintain the company’s inventory records. The candidate will be responsible for tracking stock levels, managing warehouse operations, and ensuring accurate data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate records of stock in the system.

 Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

 Coordinate with the procurement and sales team for stock requirements.

 Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports.

 Manage dispatch and receipts of goods efficiently.

 Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Excel or inventory management software

Basic understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
