Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of industrial RO plants and water treatment systems
- Routine operation, monitoring, and maintenance of RO systems
- Troubleshooting issues related to pumps, membranes, dosing systems, and control panels
- Monitoring water quality parameters such as TDS, pH, conductivity, and flow rates
- Conducting membrane cleaning (CIP) and replacement activities
- Maintaining logs, reports, and documentation of plant performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams for service and support
- Handling breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RO systems, UF, DM plants, and water treatment processes
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical components
- Familiarity with PLC-based control systems (preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings and P&ID diagrams
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
