Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems (Split AC, VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHU, FCU)
- Routine servicing and preventive maintenance of air conditioning units
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems
- Checking and refilling refrigerant gas as required
- Monitoring system performance and identifying efficiency improvements
- Repairing compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and control systems
- Maintaining service reports, logs, and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Attending breakdown calls and emergency repairs
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration cycles
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with tools, gauges, and testing equipment
- Understanding of refrigerants and gas charging procedures
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Problem-solving and time management skills
