Source candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases

Screen and shortlist candidates for various job roles

Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews

Coordinate with clients and hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly

Ensure timely closure of job openings

Support in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

✅ Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment cycle

Must be target-oriented and self-motivated

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in MS Office and internet browsing

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
