HR Recruiter Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Evelop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
• Mastery of English (Written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge

Key Skills

•  Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring. 
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 3 years of experience required in any industry.

Required Educational Qualification:

• BA, B.Com, BSc, B.Tech – any degree is acceptable
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
