Job Summary

We are hiring an energetic HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding. This is a great opportunity to work with startups, corporates, and industry leaders while enhancing your recruitment career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (Sourcing to Onboarding)
• Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed for proactive sourcing
• Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Stay updated with hiring trends and sourcing strategies
• Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-outs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Admin, or related fields
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a consultancy)
• Knowledge of job portals, Boolean search, and social hiring
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong decision-making, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools
