Hr manager

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment & employee onboarding

Draft & implement HR policies and documentation

Manage leave & attendance records

Coordinate between teams, management, and new hires

Handle employee grievances, satisfaction, and engagement

Maintain HR reports and ensure smooth internal operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (HR or related field preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of HR operations and tools

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Female candidates are preferred for this role
