Hr executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
• Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, and performance evaluations.
• Manage employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
• Support in conducting induction programs for new joiners.
• Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and increment letters.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate
• Mastery of English (Written and verbal)
• Advanced Excel skills and Word formatting knowledge
• Adobe Acrobat Skills 
• Fast computer skills
