Housekeeping supervisor

Roles and Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
