Exp: 15 - 20 years Who is an ideal candidate ?

The ideal candidate should be a senior procurement leader with 15–20 years of experience in sourcing and commercial management within glass, solar, chemicals, cement, ceramics, or other process manufacturing industries. He/she should have strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, contract management, and raw material procurement. The candidate must be capable of ensuring uninterrupted supply of critical raw materials, driving cost optimization initiatives, managing domestic and international suppliers, and leading a procurement team while working closely with plant operations and senior management.
