Key Responsibilities:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Assist the sales team by providing Product technical specifications, Catalos, User Manuals and detailed quotations, including pricing, and terms for various medical devices.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Prepare and update product catalogues, ensuring that all product information is accurate and reflects the latest specifications and features.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Respond to technical inquiries from the sales team and customers, providing clear and accurate information.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Create Detailed product Unpacking/Assembly/Maintenance/User Manuals of Various Medical Devices</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Develop and maintain comprehensive records of technical documentation, compliance reports, and sales support activities.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Develop and maintain a deep understanding of medical devices and their technical specifications&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Work closely with the sales and tenders team to ensure alignment between technical specifications and sales requirements.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Provide training and support to sales representatives on technical aspects of products and compliance issues.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Coordinate with the client to address and resolve after-sales issues, including returns, replacements and repairs&nbsp;</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Candidate should be within 30 Minutes of Proximity from the work location or ready to reallocate</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Must own a vehicle to travel to work location</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Should be open for domestic and international travel</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Mastery of English (Written and verbal)</li></ul> Key Skills<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation and reports.</li></ul>Required Educational Qualification:<ul><li class="ql-align-justify">B.Sc.
