Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications with a focus on financial services. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Architect Systems: Design and optimize APIs and backend systems with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Integrate Core Systems: Develop and enhance integrations with core banking systems of record.
• Optimize Performance: Implement monitoring, alerting, and performance improvements across applications.
• Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, product, design, and UX teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
• Ensure Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and promote software development standards.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Maintain Compliance: Contribute to building PCI-compliant architecture for secure handling of sensitive data.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• 4+ years' experience in full-stack development, focusing on backend systems.
• 2+ years of technical leadership or mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
• Strong understanding of scalable system design and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with SOAP/XML and core banking systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
