As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer who can take complete ownership of our web platforms and client projects.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Front-End Developer (3-4 years experience) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you won't just follow instructions—you will handle projects individually, taking a design from concept to a fully functional, high-performance live site.

Because performance marketing relies heavily on organic visibility and seamless functionality, you will work closely with our Technical SEO team to maximize search visibility and coordinate tightly with our Backend Developers to integrate robust logic and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Individual Ownership: Architect, develop, and maintain clean, responsive web applications and landing pages from scratch.
• SEO Alignment: Collaborate directly with the Technical SEO team to implement structural optimization, schema markup, Core Web Vitals improvements, and flawless mobile responsiveness.
• Backend Integration: Coordinate smoothly with Backend Developers to bind front-end UI elements with server-side logic and RESTful APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Build reusable, well-documented code libraries. Ensure maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility across all devices.

Requirements & Skills

• 3-4 years of solid professional experience in front-end development (agency experience is a huge plus).
• Expert-level command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (such as React, Vue, or Next.js).
• Strong hands-on experience with responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS) and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
• Deep understanding of web performance metrics, browser rendering paths, and Technical SEO best practices (semantic HTML, lazy loading, optimized asset delivery).
• Familiarity with Git/version control and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Excellent communication skills to seamlessly bridge the gap between technical backend logic and marketing/SEO goals.
• A proven track record of managing and delivering development projects independently with minimal supervision.
