Frontend Developer (Full Stack – Frontend Focus)Experience: 3–4 yrs (or match your current level)

Full Stack Web Developer with 3+ real-world projects covering both frontend & backend. Handling the problem-solving, clean code and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship scalable, high-performance apps that boost user experience.

Responsibilities- Build responsive, pixel-perfect UI from Figma/Sketch designs using React.js.

- Style with Tailwind CSS (or any UI framework you prefer).

- Write reusable, type-safe components in TypeScript / JavaScript.

- Optimize performance: lazy loading, code splitting, Lighthouse scores.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility & accessibility (a11y).

- Collaborate with PMs, designers and backend (Node/Express) for API integration.

Required Skills & Tools (from what you listed)- Programming: TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)

- Frontend: React.js, Tailwind CSS

- Backend (nice-to-have/knowledge): Node.js, Express.js

- Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB

- Version Control: Git (GitHub/GitLab)

Qualifications- B.Tech / MCA or solid self-taught/portfolio track record.

- 2–4 years of hands-on full-stack dev experience (frontend heavy).

- Strong debugging, problem-solving mindset.

- Good communication for cross-team collaboration.
