Role Overview:-We are looking for a&nbsp;Retention Marketing professional&nbsp;who will own the customer lifecycle post-acquisition. The role focuses on improving&nbsp;repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (LTV), and reducing churn&nbsp;through data-driven retention strategies across multiple owned channels. Key Responsibilitie:-<ul><li>Own end-to-end&nbsp;retention and lifecycle marketing&nbsp;for D2C / e-commerce customers</li><li>Design and execute&nbsp;email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notification&nbsp;campaigns</li><li>Build and optimize&nbsp;customer journeys, cohorts, and segmentation</li><li>Improve&nbsp;repeat rate, LTV, frequency, and retention KPIs</li><li>Plan and execute&nbsp;loyalty programs, referrals, and win-back campaigns</li><li>Collaborate with performance, product, and tech teams for funnel optimization</li><li>Analyze customer behavior and run&nbsp;A/B tests&nbsp;for messaging, offers, and timing</li><li>Own CRM dashboards and reporting on retention metrics</li></ul>
