Job Description:Shift EngineerKey Responsibilities:Project Execution &amp; Site Management:<ul><li>Oversee onsite execution of data center projects</li><li>Supervise installation activities and ensure work is completed as per design and timelines</li><li>Handle installation of data center infrastructure (rack systems, cabling, power systems, etc.)</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and resolve deviations promptly</li></ul>Project Coordination:<ul><li>Plan, track, and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, factory, purchase) for smooth project execution</li><li>Work closely with external vendors and contractors</li><li>Ensure alignment between project requirements and execution</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety protocols</li><li>Monitor site activities to maintain compliance with company and client standards</li></ul>Client Handling &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact between client and company during execution</li><li>Interact with clients on-site for updates, approvals, and issue resolution</li><li>Ensure smooth communication and high client satisfaction</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain daily progress reports, installation records, and project documentation</li><li>Ensure proper handover documentation is completed post project execution</li></ul>Travel &amp; Site Management:<ul><li>Travel across India for project execution and monitoring</li><li>Manage multiple sites simultaneously when required</li></ul>Send your CV to:Shivani Mishra99678 80083shivani@profile-solution.com
