Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute domestic and international tourism events, corporate travel programs, and destination management projects.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event delivery.

Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.

Identify and negotiate with venues, caterers, travel partners, and service providers.

Ensure high-quality customer service before, during, and after events.

Manage event marketing in coordination with the marketing team (e.g., social media promotion, invitations, guest lists).

Handle on-ground event operations, delegate tasks to the team, and troubleshoot issues.

Prepare post-event reports including client feedback, cost analysis, and suggestions for improvements.
