Who is an ideal candidate ?

Ideal candidate for the position is a technically strong Service Engineer with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in solar and power electronics service. He/She holds a Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy. The candidate has led installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and UPS. Experienced in handling breakdowns, customer escalations, warranty claims, RCA/CAPA, and mentoring junior engineers. Strong in fault diagnosis, customer communication, documentation, and willing to travel extensively.
