Requirement of Sales Manager – Direct/DSA (Aditya Birla Home Finance Loan) Location: Shamshabad, Banjara Hills, Shamshabad, Banjara Hills, Ongole, Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Drive Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales through Direct Channel.

✔️ Generate business through self-sourcing and team management.

✔️ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

✔️ Build strong customer relationships and ensure business growth.

✔️ Manage and mentor sales executives to maximize productivity.

Minimum 3 Years of Sales Experience

* Experience in ₹50 Lakh+ Ticket Size LAP / Home Loan Products

Candidates from CASA, Liabilities, Insurance, or Non-Asset Sales Profiles will not be considered

* Graduate in Any Discipline

* Age Below 32 Years

* Good CIBIL Score

* Immediate Joiners or Candidates Serving Notice Period (Maximum 30 Days)
