Role Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing web performance, creating engaging content, and utilizing web analytics tools to optimize efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and consistent reporting are integral parts of this role to ensure successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for both paid and organic campaigns.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, keyword rankings, organic traffic).
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly website structure and engaging ad creatives.
• Implement conversion tracking, remarketing, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms, PPC trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management and SEO strategy.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
